If you used a Topgolf Gift Card, the amount paid via your Gift Card will not be added back to the original Gift Card. If you cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your reservation and you used a credit/debit card to pay for your deposit, your refund will be appear on the statement of your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will not be refunded - the deposit made at the time of booking will be forfeited. A full refund of your deposit will be provided if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your start time.
